I write code for a living and have no mental space for remembering important things like tie my shoes or what kind of warranties I still have on my car.I drive an INFINITI Q50 Sport Hybrid with a set of factory-installed custom rims and all the packages that were available at that time when I purchased the car at INFINITI of The Palm Beaches, around 3 years ago.Last week I detected one of my tires slowly leaking air and since I also bought these tires at the dealership I decided to bring my car in for a check up. I had also noticed one of my rims was loosing some of the chrome for a while. My service advisor suggested to leave the car and I was given a loaner. This allowed me to leave my car at the shop while simultaneously have a test of what it feels like driving a QX60 SUV.He called me a couple of days later to tell me my car was ready for pick up. I explained I was extremally busy for the rest of the week and if it was by any chance possible for me to hold on to the loaner until the weekend. He politely accepted my request and I went back to the dealership on Saturday to retrieve my car. The car was waiting with a new tire and a new rim. When I asked for my bill I got an invoice with zero balance.
