Highly recommend this Dealer for it's professional staff and showroom. Alex (Alejandro) was very knowledable about the newly released 2027 vehicles and their stock on hand. Took my car in for service today and received excellent service from Danny and the petite blond lady (I believe her name was Mary). They were both so welcoming and Danny helped us get to the outlet mall to do some shopping while the car was being serviced. However, finally finding and repairing a rattling in car over a period of years paying for a part and labor was quite expensive. Bought my car at Schumacher INFINITI, and love it! Wish I felt the same way about their Service Dept. Lack of competitive pricing, No service specials, No coupons—the lead-in banner for $150 off tires? *Expired August 31, 2025* It’s April 3, 2026. Clearly there’s no interest in post-warranty service loyalty. Guess I’m better off looking to Nissan for specials and pricing, parent company—same parts.

I can’t believe that every time I get a flat tire I have to pay the dealer to reset a warning light. Make appointment and wait hours for a two minutes reset.that means $$$$$$

Overall solid service. A bit disappointing (for a luxury brand) to spend a large amount of money for maintenance and car isn’t rinsed off or cleaned in any fashion.
Marc went over all the necessary things my car needed and also provided guidance for an issue I have with my windshield. My overall visit was great! I was in and out in no time.
