Bought my car at Schumacher INFINITI, and love it! Wish I felt the same way about their Service Dept. Lack of competitive pricing, No service specials, No coupons—the lead-in banner for $150 off tires? *Expired August 31, 2025* It’s April 3, 2026. Clearly there’s no interest in post-warranty service loyalty. Guess I’m better off looking to Nissan for specials and pricing, parent company—same parts.
The service department serviced my car in a timely manner and my service advisor was courteous and made sure everything that was needed for the mileage on my car was taken care of. I would Definitely recommend using this service center
