I was trying to decide between the Passat and the Nissan Altima and while I am a big fan of VW, definitely service had something to do with my decision for sure. I am happy I got the Passat. It was as good of a process as car buying can be.

I would very much like to take the time to express our most sincere gratitude and appreciation for the knowledgeable and professional service provided by Mr. Ken Cadmus yesterday during our transaction at the Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, this was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever encountered. I contribute this to Mr. Cadmus’ pleasant demeanor, likability, and confidence. This is not common in men of his age. We ONLY returned to your dealership due to a call from Anthony Ariondo (who should also be commended for his appropriate persistence) informing us that the vehicle I wanted had been delivered. We arrived yesterday ONLY to test drive the car, and left a few hours later driving a new one home while leaving my Acura MDX there on your lot with time left on my lease. This was solely due to the sales performance of Mr. Cadmus. As an aside: We liked Mr. Cadmus’ style so much that we offered him a position in our real estate firm, which he declined due to his loyalty to, and belief in your product.

I was recently provided the kind of exceptional service that makes you want to tell others about – like I have. On Tuesday morning November 15, 2011, I was driving down I-95 to a funeral in Ft. Lauderdale for my brother, who had died unexpectedly, when I heard what sounded like something caught in my wheel well. I pulled over and discovered a piece of my tire hanging off and that was what was slapping. At that point, I was a little panicked about a blow out and about being late for the funeral which was already giving me much anxiety. I was approaching the Okeechobee Boulevard exit and I called Infiniti. I advised the receptionist I had an emergency and she put me right on with Rob Malfatti. I told Rob my situation and he advised me to bring it in and he would have a loaner car waiting for me. I got to the dealership and Rob recognized us immediately as my children and I were all dressed in our best funeral attire. He immediately came out of his office with paperwork for a quick signature and pointed me to the loaner car ready and waiting. It was backed in which was also a nice touch for ease in pulling out. We were back on the road in a minute. Pit crews couldn’t have done it any better. It was a crazy stressful morning and Rob and Infiniti came through in a big way for me and my family. Due to the circumstances, I will always remember this treatment and be grateful. Thanks again to Rob and to you for leading a service oriented organization.
